IIRC, onlinecarstereo.com is an authorized Maxxsonics dealer and you will have the full manufacturer's warranty. Anyone else, it is a roll of the dice, even though I've heard that those square trade warranties are pretty dang good!

Just a question, does the rms split between the two subs?

For example if i have an amp that puts out 500 rms and it's going to two subs, sdo they each get 250 or 500?

Decent deal there. Never used an orion amp, but ive seen fairly positive reviews on here. Ikesound can be iffy sometimes; it'd be best to order directly over the phone and make them check inventory.
