Amp repair

I have a Lanzar Opti 4x400d that just shut off one day, no smoke, or anything. I opened it up and nothing looked burned, its actully as clean looking as the day I got it. Who can I send this to? The amp has been past warrenty, so Lanzar would be a no go. I'm in NC, so if you know anyone that can fix these that are close it would be nice, but if not I will ship it. How much does anyone think the cost will be
