Alpine Type R 10"

Hey everyone I'm going to get a alpine type r 10" dual 2 ohm voice coil. I am going to wire it to 2 ohms and then I need an amp. Alpine says 600 watts rms and I have read you can run 150% of that rms which would be 900 amps. So my question is what amp should I get to power this and I'm going to put it in a ported box. Also what are everyone's opinions on fierce audio 10" ported boxes.

You cant wire a dual 2 ohm sub to 2 ohms, only 1 ohm or 4.

He is right 4 ohms or 1 ohm. it is when you have 2 that it can be wired to 2 ohms.

they make decent boxes

id always recomend getting a custom one built their are a few guys that make amazing enclosures but they wont be this cheap
