Alarm recommendation needed

I need an alarm for my daily commuter car; 1992 Toyota Tercel.

I'd like to have the following features:

silent arming

glass break sensor

motion proximity sensor

door and trunk pins

I was looking at the Avital 3100, but I don't need keyless entry as my car doesn't have it.

Also, I can add the glass break sensor as well as the motion proximity sensor by purchasing them separately.

So whatever suggestions you guys have would be appreciated.
