Again:They are both audio amplifiers.
Both should, and likely would, exceed the user's need for the product in terms of lifespan.
Both output approximately the same power.
Both offer approximately the same features.
Apples to apples.
JL = great value.
Good try, no prize.
QUALITY
If I could make it blink, I would.
The main comparisons I made of the JL amp to other amps were of equal quality. Brax and Genesis are higher quality than JL. If your arguement were true, all amps but bottom-of-the-barrel amps would be considered overpriced.
Again (would you listen this time) Compared to amps of SIMILAR QUALITY the JL costs 20% more than the next closest amp. JL priced it that way because they are balla and hood rats will pay for it. They could've priced it at $799, like the RF or Alpine, yet they chose to raise them $200 because they could. That, my friend, is why I consider the JL to be overpriced.
