After car install, Climate controls are messed up. Need help!!

I had a Pioneer AVH-X491BHS installed and now my climate controls are messed up. Installer used a metra dash kit. Just the fan location is messed up. Cannot get it to change which location the fan for AC/Heat is blowing. Any ideas on what might be wrong?? Thanks.

Might have forgot to plug something in before putting dash back together

The thing is it works sometimes, but not always. Could it be fuse related or just loose wire or connection?

Sounds like a loose wire. Pull the head and give each connection a slight pull. See if anything is funky
