Hybrid car sub install

I have a 2009 Honda civic hybrid, I recently had a 500 watt amp and now I'm using 1200 watt amp, I jut read that your not supposed to exceed 30 amps/ 360 watts. I didn't know this before installing everything and now I'm wondering if my car is going to be able to support this. I do have a secondary battery wired in as well as an battery isolator but I plan on putting more audio upgrades in my car, I don't know if it will be able to handle this though
