Aeroport Questions.....please help

I have a 2.78 cu ft enclosure and I want to port it

but I have a few questions....

1- How much cu. ft. of space will aeroports take?

2- What size ports do I need if I want a 32-34hz tuning (and no port noise)...Im looking to install two

3- What ports would you all recommend?
