Advice with business situation....

Why would he sell his subs at flea markets? I have worked for places where we sell name brand products in such rummage sales, but we would never allow our logo to be displayed on an inferioir product, or even allow our product to be associated with flea markets.

I don't know much about 12V, but I do know quite a bit about corporate finance and how to run a business from a financial salespoint (not very good at selling, however) I would bet you a dollar to a dime that your ROIC is less than what you pay in interest. And if you say you don't borrow money that tells me you are a joke of a businessman. Hell, I will finance investments with a god damnit credit card if I think I can make a few bucks. Ask jacob if you don't believe me.

Ryan Leaf would only be applicable if you're comparing him to this companies ability to function properly. In time, this company may turn into Ryan Leaf. However, at its current state, the company is more kin to Collins or Warner. Again, moreso Collins than Warner. There are no better comparisons, so I suggest you stop trying now.

i say your wrong due to the fact collins and warner both actually won games. warner even a superbowl mvp. leaf never achieved anything other then getting known for being a dumbass, especially to the public and the media. kinda what joe is doing here. elevation has never achieved anything in it's life, it's president is yelling at the people for his shortcomings and as such is more leaf like then warner or collins.

Actually, Leaf would make a better comparison as a "here today, gone tomorrow" IIRC, Elevation has only been around a few years and Leaf only played a few seasons. Collins has played for a while

this whole thing revolves around joe's inability to properly run his company, which includes communication with his dealers, manage inventory and deal with the public. all he has done is yell at the people in his defense, which is weak at best, and exactly what ryan did. no valid arguements, multipule mishaps, zero wins.

However, Leaf did have the capabilities to be pretty good. I think a lot of his athletic ability when he was in college.

leaf had potential, but got lazy. jsut as elevation audio had potential. (another very good comparision) the fame and fortune went to his head early, and he never captialized on his abilites. he tried to "cheat" the system by not working the way he should and just relying on his rep/ record from college. and he fell flat on his face when he couldn't deliver the goods.

More air to clear, first off, our company was in possible transition with a very large retailer, but not like i have to explain myself, but after months of working with them, we feel that its best if we retain full ownership of our company and just be a brand for them and as for your wise as remarks about our products, lets do some numbers, over 3 generations of Execution woofers, we have sold over 2000 not alot like other companies but good enough for us to be happy with the outcome, as for your glue issue! if you simply take the woofer and box it up and ship it back to us, we will review it and repair it, we have for other, why would we not want to do it for you! as for selling our company and ME telling you what my inventory was and what my plans with my company are.....ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I WOULD FIRST OFF, NEVER HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH SOMEONE CALLING IN WITH REGARDS TO SUCH TOPICS! ELEVATION AUDIO IS ALIVE AND WELL MAYBE IF WITH SOME OF YOUR OWN PERSONAL ATTENTION YOU WOULD NOT HAVE A WOOFER ISSUE, THE ONLY WAY WE DO NOT WARRANTY PRODUCTS IS IF THEY ARE OUT OF OUR MANUFACTURE WARRANTY DATES OR ABUSED PRODUCT! ! nope, i think you have things confused a bit, i think there was an audio company like elevation named that, if it was a car audio shop, then it has no relaation to the shop here in buffalo

Actually-if Elevation Audio can show that this is slanderous they can actually sue the people spreading the above said slander. There was actually a recent case in the US where a woman was sued for several million dollars, the company claimed she was lieing and caused them a loss in profits, sales, and overall business.

I don't think Elevation Audio has an grounds in this case- but it is something to remember. If you do lie, they can hold you responsible. And the police know that too.
