Sad to see unprofessionalisim like this in the car audio world.

Customer>excuses/pride ALWAYS. If you cannot deliver the product on time, refund the money or give the customer a CONCRETE date in the future when they can expect their products. Neither was done.

Even if the products are sub-par customer service goes a LONG way in this world, and this... fiasco... is not customer service.

Probably been said before but jeez...

WOW just found this thread. lol I had 2 dealing with elevation audio products. I got a 200.2 from Mike and the next day there were flames shooting out the back of it. I also bought an 80.4 from Joe and 3 months later it quit working. I sent it back to Joe to get it repaired. After like 2 weeks of conversation Joe said that they have never seen that before (talking about the damage to my amp) and couldnt fix it. So he would give me a discount on a "new" series they had coming out. I laughed and that was over.

O and I asked for specs of the amps and speakers before and never got anywhere. Always open promises.

your roof collapsed as a result of snow and ice and you took all the water damaged products and had your reps peddle them to dealers after insurance had paid you back 300% for what you say you lost, then 90% of your products failed and you refused to help out in any way, thats why claims were filed with the BBB, so please stop acting like you dont know me or never talked to me, your a liar......there is no point to me calling or emailing you since you deny that these conversations ever took place when your in the public eye, NG is right, you and your company are a joke.........you, your company and your reps, left dealers in this area coming out of their own profits to take care of the customer after this all went down, you have never done anything to help the dealer's recoup the money that they lost and the damaged reps that they suffered by dealing with you guys, i see that this trend continues, this time it isnt in buffalo..................................................................

Again guys, i dont think you understand, all of what you are doing is just talking shit. Iam not going to keep going back and forth,
You really should have just quit after your very first post.

All you are managing to accomplish is continually making yourself and your company look worse and worse with each successive post. Unprofessionalism is an understatement.........

Also, there is an ENTER button just a couple of spaces over from the "L" on your keyboard. Try pressing it sometime. I'm sure your pinky can reach it with ease.

So you are aware that you are putting an absurd burden on us and just don't care? I was completely agnostic when I came into this, but you are hurting your case and damaging your reputation with each post you make.
In a few weeks, after this thread has been indexed by Google, every search anyone does on your company name is going to point here. Good luck with that.
Excellent point

...thats just disgusting

Just when i thought i was making my last post, the only thing iam going to do is tell all that you are so far off on the buffalo situation and if your going to talk and make comments, get you facts straight, our roof collapsed??????? what are you even talking about, we had a flood and lost only a couple hundred woofers from our inventory and yes our insurance company paid us for them, but maybe what you should do is consult with an insurance company , cause they dont pay you 300% , they pay you , OMC, quote the term so atleast you know for one minute what your talking about, and then the products were sold from the insurance company to a company called STONER in buffalo, do you homework! and then they were sold at flea markets! and we did not warranty the products as they took on as much water as possible! well if nothing else now i know what your talking about when you mention buffalo! but please get your facts staight and again, this thread has gotton way off the path and iam ending it, thanks for all of your comments guys! i really did try to correct the situation and it has been corrected, but to go this direction, makes again no sense! not what i was trying to do guys honestly and to get into a pissing match and to have people question my professionalism, thats just insane, i will tell each and everyone of you, if you have a problem that has not been resolved, please give me a call!

good post or bad post, thanks for your time guys and good luck with the forum
