he says that mike hasn't tried to call him at all, and that he would refund the money for the amps, hes goin on and on about how im "your buddy" that you had call, and i started talking about the amps from 3 months ago hes like blah blah blha we won't have any till march, i was like i realize that but what about from 3 months ago, he said its phsically impossible to get out that many amps by march. So i couldnt get a straight answer, but he said that Mike has to call when hes there, so call now, see what happens.

That is so so so so so much bull i have called 10 + times today, why would i lie about calling? whats impossible, its 7 amps - 2 multi 5 mono's, and 4 6.5" component sets....?

Man, you need to get off this forum and call a lawyer.

If you don't have one, go to the phone book find one pay them ~$100 to basically look at what your wrote in the first forum so that at minimum you know your options.

Even if you get you equipment and/or refund, you should still report them to the BB. Actually, everyone that did not get there product should file a claim. You can really hurt them this way.
