Advice with business situation....

Hello everyone, i have been gone lately working long hours busting my *** to make money so i havent been able to really keep up with everything, but ive had enough of a company and i want advice, i need to air out some dirty laundry.....

Well as some of you know im a dealer/whatever you call it with this company, i had some intrest in a local group buy, so i picked up an order from the company...

the order consisted of:

2 15" woofers

2 12" woofers

2 12" woofers

4 10" woofers

4 6.5" component sets

2 multi channel amps

5 mono block amps

So its not like it was a small 2 8" woofers order totaling $80 backs, this order was 4000+//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif just about all together, and so i was pretty hyped, well everything is suppose to go as planned, next day i got a call from one of there employees confirming there order saying ok you had this this this this and this, to a t! im like yep //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif, still excited because i use to love doing buisness with this company and i tried to promote them a little around town ya know, they help me i help them.....

So a week go's by and nothing i call to get a tracking number, all i get, is "Its on its way" i know there a bit busy so im like ok thats fine, just shoot me the tracking number when ya get a chance, "OK" i get in reply nothing.....so im like ok finally another week later ups trys to come and drop off the order, they tell me that they cant take a personal check, they need a bank check so im like ok, i call all of my customers and tell them that instead of giving me a down payment till it gets here i need all the money up front, which i know i wouldnt be down for it but they all agree, i get the bank check and ups comes the next day. Im like awesome they tell me the total yep i got it right here, give the ups guy the check and we start unloading.....

Problem is, there definetly isnt enough packages to be my entire order but i bite my tounge and keep unloading....ups leaves i go in and start opening everything so i can give everyone there stuff......

Problem is im missing 7 expensive *** amps, and 4 6.5" component sets......

kinda fishy huh?

so a whole month go's by and no word from the company, so im like ok, i call back every other day to find out the exact same thing, its on its way, its on its way, its on its way, i heard that so many **** times its unreal....so i email the company a couple times, i have a couple emails back from them acting like they care, they say i dont know whats goin, were out of amps were workin on gettin them for you....

First rule of thumb dont sell something you dont have, am i correct?, but yeah so 2 of the customers had install dates of december 7th, i ordered everything mid november and i was suppose to have it.....november, but thats when they realize "There out of amps" ok so there out of them?, instead of giving me a refund well see if we can find you some used ones or something, we will get ya those amps thou "Dont worry"...it doesnt matter you will have them words out of the owners mouth, another couple weeks go by, nothing not a single call from the company nothing, here i am trying to put the word out and get some videos on roe, and they turn around and shit on me like this.....ok

give them benefit of the doubt that there customer service/ Service period sucks, they dont give a **** about anything except for money....they never return calls or anything,....ok

Now were at janurary, Ok im sick of it, i call and talk to one of the Workers/designer/whatever, i tell him the whole situation basically begging for something because this is killing my rep i look ****ing rediculous telling people i have no tracking but.....there on there way...... yeah, and christmas is in july

so i call talk to mike, he starts to feel bad for all the shit going on so he trys to take the initative and get me.....one amp..... one mono block amp out of 7 i can give a guy one store model of an amp....thats not buisness thats discrace, so i tell him i need them all....he says ok hell call me, keep in mind still dont have the 6.5"s, either so he says ill call you and im so sorry, no call no nothing finally i call back in a couple days, they come up with....

well we are releasing all new amps in the end of feburary we will send you all new 2000.1 amps and all new multichannel amps, "fine" doesnt sound bad to me but, thats what i was suppose to be getting anyways but yeah they have "New heatsink's" wow....

cool i guess but this isnt buisness still its talk like i have been hearing for ever, so the customers had there subs but....nothing else no amps or component sets, i call the owner mid janurary saying please just ship the component sets and i will wait till the end of feburary for the amps...just to help them out, keep in mind i paid them the full amount for everything, amps subs component sets, everything not just 1000 for subs im talking i paid some money ya know? So i call from a private number and i manage to get the owner to stay on the phone cause im calling from a private number so i he didnt know it was me calling to ask for my stuff.... Soo i say joe, can i please please please get those component sets please my customers are at least wanting those there tired of waiting....yeah sure mike ill have them out tommorow for you im sorry, sounds sincere im like awesome thank you....

"No problem" he says,

I call back the next day to get tracking, cant get an answer, so i wait 3 days call back, "Yeah mike ill have them shipped out for ya" wait....didnt you say that 3 days ago? do you have tracking i ask,

"No they will go out tommorow thou"

Still nothing 3 weeks later, i cant get anything from them or out of them.

"As for there on there way, they were already shipped, or there going out first thing tommorow" i have heard this probally 30 times in the last 2 months, so i try and call for the last week i get no reply, nothing at all....today i call from a private number owner answers his phone cause its a private number, Hes thinking awesome might be more buisness, im thinking its about time you answer, so he picks up "hello?"

is joe there i say, (The owner), yes hold on, 2 seconds later click, they ****in hung up!!!, its rediculous i cant deal with it anymore, they still have my money, they still have my amps and component sets, i went with this company cause i have always done buisness with them, i tried to promote for them everything, the whole 9 yards....For nothing.... and its gone 2 far, for the money i spent on this order with this company i can go to other companys for same maybe even better products cheaper!

I went thru them to stay with them and help them, everyone has there band wagons, all i have done is stick with this company for years and in return i get ****ed, now i need some advice im going to post the owners emails when i get home.

Now of course im going to ruin my dealer rep with this situation but they have my customers money and theyre ****in me over and im tired of being quite its now feburary 9ths 3 months from when it all started and im still no-were with it and its only getting worse...i just cant believe this at all...

Ask questions, post ideas, replys everything please, i havent put the company name on here yet because im hoping i hear something but im just tempted to post there name, so it doesnt happen to others, and im in fear i wont get my money or my products from them, but its gone to far, and maybe someone can help!

sorry about your luck man, but wouldn't you be able to file a lawsuit with the company? have you asked for a refund at least, that way your customers can get there $$ back? Can you offer your customers a temporary amp until you get these in? I personally would want my money back, a temp amp, and a discount on the amps for all the trouble

as i can tell you are a pretty reasonable person, first off if it were me if my things were not there within a month since it was such a big order i would probably not have paid for it, i would have called the company and told them that they can just keep there merchandise because you can get something shipped from china in about a week, and second I would have become suspicious once they kept giving me the run around about the tracking numbers, but as you stated you have been doing business with them for years, and it really bothers me that they treat a loyal customer like a POS when you have done nothing but support them and work with them the way you have, you might wanna take some legal action because something is not right is this whole situation, and im wondering how are your customers dealing with this situation because this definately can not be good for your business, since most businesses succeed by word of mouth, so this one instance may lead to the downfall of your business and they will be the cause of it so keep that in mind also goodluck
