Set up.

Amp: Crescendo BC2000 at .5

Subs: Alpine Type Rs 2 12s, DC level 4s/5 soft parts soon 2 12s

Box: 3.4 net at 32hz

Electrical: EA 200 AMP HO, Big 3 1/0, 1 run 1/0 from Group 34 YT to group 51 YT.

Stock voltage regualor: 13.8, average 13.4

OK, Im dropping a bit lower then I feel comfortable but only on a few tracks( normally 12.8 and up but drops in the low 12s high 11s for a split second ). Gain is set but the bass knob is only at half, max for the Alpines. I know Im not clipping or they would of smoked by know. They only get hot when I push them on tones.

Im going to end up stapping 2 BC2Ks next year so both of my options will need to be done anyway.

Which one would help the most right now?

Adding another group 51 YT? Dont recommend another brand, they are out in the open and I dont want mix matched. And I am very limited on room.

Adding one more run of 1/0 to the back?

Ive turned the bass knob up all the way for a minute but the Rs dont get any louder after half( I think I found their mechanical limit before their thermal ), the drop is the same as at full or half.

NOTE:: The amp does get really hot but I think thats expected, the power cable doesnt though.
