advice on a build

^^^This. Either get more T1's if you want more, or get a different type of woofer. Are they in a prefab box? If so, building a properly designed box for those will usually yield more output, without paying for more woofers.

 
What is your current setup? Any images or specs on the amp(s) and enclosure along with electrical?

Many times fixing a "weak" point in the system will net a better result then trying to "cram more in" will.

 
Yeah I combined subs once, thinking that it'd be okay cause they were about the same power. Not only is it a bad idea, but it's nerve-wracking to think that something may go wrong.

Sounds like me ...i should saved all those yanked Bose amps ithrew in the trash ..i couldve retired off ebay from them now .....lol

Yup , the dsp should have input sections, it may have one for sub? Hu to dsp. Dsp to amps, amps to speakers. Probably help you to draw this all...

It also lowers the amps efficiency and raises the current draw.
