my truck has always been clean. no stickers on my window..except my southpark guys and my half ***** girl on the surfboard. nothing car audio related, along with 5% tint so people have a hard time looking in. i ran into a group of guys that just happened to go to my school one day on the road and they heard me bumpin at full tilt and the next day at school as soon as i got to school everyone was in the parking lot, so i put on a show for everyone, let them sit in it while i turned it on, girls did some dancin and shit. that night, uninstalled it. during which everyone was like lets hear your system and i made it very clear i didnt have it anymore, and everyone was looking in my truck and didnt see it so they all backed off. its fixin to go back in tho..everyone has almost forgot about me ever havin one

Audio stickers on a car is gay no matter how you slice it. A) You are advertising to thieves, but more importantly, B) you are being a fa g.

Audio is for the enjoyment of the listener not the jealousy of the onlooker dude, putting decals on your car to advertise the brand of the electronics generating your sound is a purely egotistical stab at getting street cred from strangers based on shit that is utterly disassociated from who you are.

Unless you made those amps and dedicated your life to their success you shouldn't be taking credit for their existence, so all you are doing is taking credit for their purchase. OOH WOW YEAH IM IMPRESSED BY THAT PERSON BECAUSE HE COULD TAKE MONEY OUT OF HIS WALLET TO GIVE THE CASHIER.

Dont Bump Around School. I've learned not to, cause Numorus cars have been broken into around school, cause people "brag" About thier set up... And While everyone is in Class, people wonder the parking lots with slimjims and jack everyhting you have. Ussually tageting the trucks/cars/suv's with Decals saying. "Memphis" "kicker Livin Loud" "Alphasonic" etc.
Just be careful. Car audio is wonderfull when its in YOURE car. But once its gone... you will think twice.

Nah **** that more people need to see my post. I am a piece of shit with little to no confidence in general (so I don't normally quote myself) but I think a lot of ****in cocksucking asshats need to read this.

Car audio and audio in general is a pleasure designed for the listener, period.

I don't disagree with the first point, but care to explain the second?

If someone's a fan of a company's products, and wishes to show their support for that company, I don't see the problem with a small, tasteful sticker on the vehicle, I'm sure most people that put one on aren't trying to stroke their own egos or show off to the public how they can spend money. I got my stickers not to show off, but because I love alpine

many don't like their sound but, I love it

and when I look at my car and see alpine on the side, i dunno, I smirk a bit, something about it I just love, I couldn't care what else people think

although hearing "WOW NICE STICKER, WHAT DOES THAT ADD LIKE 30 HORSEPOWER?" gets old after a while

respect a person's choice in what they do what their car i believe, just because you don't like it doesn't mean you're always right, but do something for a reason, many kids just upgrade stuff to show off to other people, or just to say they have something aftermarket, when i can tell they really probably didn't truly like it

when anyone i see that has a sticker or thinks about puttin stickers of anykind on their car as me about it here is what i say to them, you mine as well put a big STEAL ME sticker on ur car, becuse if there is someone that is lookin to take somethin out of your car the stickers are gonna help them know that you have somethin worth value in your car, think about it, if there are 2 of the same cars in a parking lot and one has audio stickers on it, if ur going to break into one of those cars whitch one are you breaking into??? also even if you put a big jensen or duel sticker on your car, it still means that you are proud of what you have so it usually looks good.

i do not have any stickers on my car, i think they would look nice but ive had my stuff stolen right out of my own driveway before, and after that happends it changes everything, now i have a 2 way paging alarm on my car with a proxy censor in my car. and i show everyone who hears my car becuse then they know that i have an alarm and they will know it will be very hard to break into my car. it helps too that people think it is very cool that when you stick ur hand in my window a alarm goes off or if you walk to close to my car a pre alarm goes off.

in short, dont put stickers on your car becuse then you are advertising steal me i have something worth stealing. even with my alarm that i have i still worry about my car gettin broke into
