True True
P.S. this is rice.
No, that is simply disgusting. It has gone so far beyond

You have to find the ones that were locked in garages or are still owned by little old ladies...
story...our next door neighbor restores old cars. He was recently at a show talking with one of his buddies. His friend had found a car out in the country (pasco county if any FL boys read this), in an oldddd run down shed next to an even more run down house. He thought he saw a car inside so he walked up and noticed the doors where chained shut so he went to the front door of the house and asked what was in the garage. Lady told him it was some POS chevy that she wanted to get rid of. So he walked out with her, curious and lo and behold...it was a '53 Corvette alll beat to hell from the elements. He offered her $30k and came back the next day and trailerd it home...He sold it at a barret-jackson car auction for $1.8mil...and retired the next day...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif
Even with the Blue Flame 6cyl I can't see a 1st year 'Vette selling for that much but as I wasn't present at the auction in question I can't call BS with any degree of certainty so I'll simply say great freggin deal, I 'spose.
Outside of that here locally an absolutely cherry '63 split-window sold for the princely sum of
$200!!!
The car had been saved out of the field it was merrily rotting away in because it still had the factory drivetrain in it. The fella who saved it spent the next several years tinkering with it on the weekends restoring it back to its original beauty. Apparently the wife was left in a rather unimpressive state of neglect due to all the time said fella spent tinkering with his Sting Ray and consequently she divorced him. She mananged to get the car in the divorce with the requirement that if she were to ever sell it she had to give her ex-husband 1/2 of the sale price. So - just to piss him off she sold the car for $200 just to be able to send him a Bill Of Sale showing that the car was gone never to be recovered along with a check for $100. Can you imagine how steamed the dude was when he got
that bit of correspondence in the mail! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
So how much do you have into your GTO including the cost of your car? How much horsepower and what kinda times does it run? Compare that to what it would cost for a honda, I bet it wouldn't even take half the money to build a honda with more horsepower and faster lol.
But your Civic will never be as aesthetically pleasing to the majority of folks as is the late-model Goats and that, sometimes, is a priceless commodity.

Your continual posting in it with this same sentiment isn't going to help that process any //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif
I know, I know you don't have to tell me.
You would think 100-150 more HP would be enough, though then when you get use to it you want MORE MORE MORE!
I'm thinking about buying a custom glass box (for the trunk), 10" W7 and an Eclipse DA7122 amp for $550. Though at the same time the sub will be in the trunk cuz I'm too lazy to make anything for it. BAH!
Overall it's a nice car, nothing is perfect //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
But for an import (technically regardless of which GM badge it is sold under considering where the car is built/assembled) with a domestic drivetrain it's still a durn nice ride. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
And I've toured the factory where your car was made. Without a doubt the cleanest GM facility I have ever been inside of.
