Actually, it all stemmed form Snoopdan asking whether or not the Adassa subs should incorporate the logo. He said that he preferred no logo because it looked classier and that the Adassa subs were distinguishable by their silver cones because he hadn't seen a cone like that on another sub. Then someone else chimed in about the fact that DD offers a silver Kevlar/carbon cone. Snoop replied stating that the cost of the DD silver sone was more than the price of a whole Adassa woofer, implying that the high price of the upgrade would deter people from getting it, so the Adassa woofers would still be distinguishable by their silver cones. Someone else chimed in saying that the high DD upgrade/recone prices were due to the prce of quality American-made parts. Snoop then refuted that statement by saying that DD buys the discussed parts from Chinese buildhouses, meaning that they most likely do not cost enough to warrant a higher recone cost than other brands. VereChronicus then decided to respond to these comments with immediate hostility, complete with personal sttacks against Snoopdan's credibility(an act that I felt was completely uncalled for).
Also, selective replies. Perhaps dodging incriminating evidence. Resonance would never post REAL cost of material lists, even the DD fanboys would stop buying it then.
