You're right, I don't know what it costs to build your product, but I have a pretty good idea. Since it isn't what my idea is, you're either under what I think or you are getting ***** by your suppliers. Humor me, I'd love to see your list. Maybe some of us can lead you to somebody else so you can make some more money.

My prejudices are known because of the OWNERS OF THE PRODUCT, not the product itself. Resonance or anything associated with Resonance will never see another dime from me solely based on the conduct of the owners of the product, I want no association with them. But, that's another story.

It seems to me that AQ is just extending the product line so that can have product at various pricepoints. Some people want to pay differrent prices. I don't know much about sub manufacturing, but I know a bit about tools. The same company owns both dewalt and black and decket (Black and Decker). Part of their product line is cheap junk I would use to prop up a table, whereas I have had no reliability problems with my dewalt tools, using them however.

As far as some people getting upset about people outsourcing to make money, I am sorry to say that we are called customers. We acquire products from things called businesses. The ONLY goal for the business is to maximize shareholder (even if it's just one) value. If buying foreign materials achieves this goal, then fine. It making one-off American made products achieves this, that is also fine. I find it horrible when people criticise managers/owners for doing what they are supposed to do. Maximizing value is their job, not peddling subwoofers to 20somethings.

The comments DJL made could be concieved as hypocrtical, however, he mentioned these Chinese-bred lines where in addition to his current lineup. Not a substitution. I do see your point about after bashing Chinese products, he then incorporates them in his brand.

I DID run HD3's, I don't any longer. I've already stated my reasons why. Yeah, I just hate on companies all day long, and I get paid by other companies to do it. Where is that "mecca" site? I'm glad you're good at pointing fingers, it makes things interesting. Do you have facts to back up anything?

You've never had a sit down conversation with him have you? It doesn't have to be a substitution to be hypocritical. Both DD and AQ have made it very clear that being US built is a major selling point and would like as little to do with China as possible. When you come up with an entire line based on ALL Chinese parts, that's being a hypocrite.

Just because its made in the US doesn't make it better, there IS USA made crap. Ask anybody in Europe if US made products are better than anywhere else, you'll get your heart broken.

Hell, I would throw together a few cheaper lines to make some cash. Noone does shit because they "love the sport" anymore. Including me. If I can make money off of you guys, then guess what.....I am **** sure going to better my bank account. You will get a quality product.....but I could care less about how I get to that end product.

It does'nt make no diffrents were the subs are made as long as they do the job do you agree with me? we will all blow up subs but it does'nt mean the subs are bad
