a problem with my car deck

why is this?

i put a cd in and it ejects it a couple seconds later... when i switch to AUX to play my mp3 the amp turns off and when i go back to FM the amp turns on

sometimes when i try to change the volume it wont... i'll push the volume up or down button but nothing happens and once when i went to turn on my radio it tried to load then it turned off

are you useing a burnt disk?

also you have used the wrong REM turn on wire. not shure what deck you have but if there is a solid blue wire thats your power antenna wire (only powered when radio is ON, NOT ON when you have a cd, etc playing) then you should have a blue with a white stripe wire that is constant power anytime the radio is on, regardless of wich soruce you have on.

as for the other problems. not shure.

ok... maybe its that i cant remember at the moment (i'll check tomorrow) but when i took my deck out i just hooked up a blue wire that came with my amp kit... i dont remember there being any other loose wires or extras that came in the kit or with the deck/car

is that a possibility or am i wrong?

the blue/white REM turn on wire comes off the deck. then connects to the blue wire to that goes to your amp.

meh red, yellow, purple, grey, green, dosnt matter if you're black or white.

i also have 8 gauge wire... could that also be a problem?

thats the problem... it's the blue/white wire not the blue one... if there is no blue/white wire hook it to red as stated above...
