A little help with ports

OK,here it goes.

A 1.27^3 gross internal volume box with 1-10" type r. Fb 36 Hz.

A port with a diameter of 2" and 5" long will give me 36Hz?

Using the carstereo link it told me that I need a minimum diameter of 5.79" and it would be 50.52" long? Is it as simple as putting a port that is 2" in diameter and 5" long and the box will be tuned to 36Hz? I'm going by what Alpine reccomends:

1.3ft^3 Gross internal volume

Fb 36 Hz.

Wish I had more room but this is an Audio Enhacers enclosure for a camaro.

i would step it up to a 4" port. also i would recommend a precision / areo port.
