a little help please

anyway im pretty new at this car audio stuff

i wanted to know what speakers really lare worth it and what are overhyped

i was offered a set of coustic and a set of crystal speakers by a dealer in my area to replace the 6 speaker infinity system that came with my 93 voyager

any suggestions and info is appreciated

yeah id go with the crystals too. but i you got the higher end focals i dont think you'd be dissapointed. especially the utopia series. expensive but well worth it. another couple of brands to look at are rainbow and speaker scan which make a VERY good product.

ps: which infinitys did you have?

im not sure what model of infinitys

it was what came with the van*a casette player with two 5 1/4 in the dash 5*7 in the front doors and 6*9 in the back

me and my cousin were passing by a few shops*partly because he wanted to see what he could get done for his car

but yeah for my van i was offered a set of eclipse's jl's and alpines

the shop that offered the alpines didnt have a listening set up*but the other place did and they sounded alright

is it worth it to replace my speakers? and if i do replace them, will the ones i buy only sound better if i buy an amp?
