A good system for metal and rap.

smaller subs do not play rock any better than larger subs. larger subs don't automatically play rap better smaller subs. i actually like 8's. never had a problem getting "low" with 8's.
Carerful now as you're dispelling the myth //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

hey dumbass, he said he likes rap too. Maybe if he likes rap more he should get bigger subs. If he likes rock more he should get smaller subs.
oh, and did you notice i said that alpine and cv were the cheapest TRUSTED brands out there?
Hey dumbass. Size doesn't matter. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

To the OP.

Front stage: PG Rsd's

Amp up front: Kicker 250.2 (or anything that does close to or more than100x2 @ 4 ohms basically)

Sub: 12" or 15" Q ported @ 32. Or Icon. Whichever you can fit

Amp: Hifonics 1606, or anything that does 800 RMS @ 1 ohm or more.

You would be very happy with that, and it would sound good on everything and get loud. From rock, to rap. That's my suggestion though.
