from what i can see you cut the factory harness correct? other than that the sub should just plug and play unless its wired under 4 ohms. id double check the deck wiring and judging from the power and ground connections on the amp u might need a larger gauge wire at minimum 8 gauge

First problem I can see is the sub isnt even hooked to the amp lol!

No i disconnected it to test another speaker which i know is good and i got nothing

Well then there is your problem... See if you can get a DMM to test somethings...
