A few simple questions

first how or what do i use to connect my sub inside the box (the speaker wire to the terminal cup)????

next and lastly where is the best place to put my crossovers and tweeters? my factory location in my car wont fit the tweeters i have

also i just tried puttin in my pg rsd comps and they dont fit all the way in my door anyone else experience this?

There are two ways to attach to the terminal cups. Either get spade connectors that fit the blades on the inside or solder wire onto them. Attach a piece of speaker wire long enough to allow easy installation of the speaker with a little slack.

I usually prefere to solder. For heavy gauge wire I usually stip off about 3/4 of an inch of insulation, take the wire strands and split them in to two bunches. So that the end of each wire looks like a "Y". Twist each bunch tight and clean, feed it thru the small hole on the blade, then twist the two halves of the wires back together. It needs to be nice and tight so there is almost no wiggle. Then heat well with a solder iron and apply lots of solder. Make sure your not making a cold solder joint. Then use wire snips to clip off any excess wire and solder from each point. Sometimes you can remove the blades from the cup by removing the little nut holding them down, so you can do this on your work bench instead of reaching thru the sub hole and trying not to inhale the lead smoke.
