97 4Runner Groundpounder Build

Got some comps in the mail today, CDT CL-61's, in good shape, couldn't pass up the deal but I don't really want to use these.

Anyone who wants these feel free to shoot me an offer, I've got my eyes on some Massive CK6X's.

Text me price shipped on cdt's

They are the efx p 65 component set. I might be able to get you the tweets new ill have to ask my teammate. His shop sells them they sound really good I can also ask cdt if they have a smaller tweet if you want

Here's my new fronts amp, got it from the forum, Alpine PDX4.100, super cheap because it was missing 2 of the speaker plugs, perfect!

And scored this locally, thank god for Craigslist. 160 Amp alternator, for a whopping 40$, and it's only 4 months old! I'm going to try and run this, and if I get too much drop, I can sell it to fund a bigger alt, but I doubled the amperage over stock.

Here's my battery, it's a C&D 270FR from our forum's Batteryman. He was very helpful, and shipped quickly, I would recommend him to anyone who needs to get something in a hurry at a great price. Going to be running at least 3 of these eventually.

Quit buying shit you don't want! haha. As for 4 gauge to each speaker amp.... I think 4 gauge to a distro with 8 gauge going to each would be more than enough.

Also, that alternator is a nice step in the right direction.... But you're likely going to need a true HO alt down the road.

And I'd definitely opt for a pair of 15's or four 12's over a single 18. It'll be easier power handling and more cone area. Two 15's would probably be most cost-effective.

Already have tons of 4 gauge, so it's the most cost effective. I'm planning on going 250+ Amps in the future, but couldn't pass up this one for 40$, especially with a large market for it locally. The CDT's I was going to run temporarily, but the giant tweeter housings make it impossible.

I know 2 15's would be louder than an 18 technically, but this isn't being built for the meter at all, and the 18 is looking like the most cost effective solution right now, and should be loud enough at least for a while.
