I'm going to put a small system in my dad's truck. I can't stand driving it with the stock cassette player.

I'm donating my 9835, AX5600, wiring and 2-3 E8s I think. Not sure if I want to go active with it because it's such a wide interior, getting a centered image might pose a problem, especially considering he won't want any panels hacked up or modified. I think I might just pick up a set of used Type-X comps from the Classifieds and mount them in the doors on a mdf 5x7 plate and bridge the amp to use it as a 3ch. Main goal is decent sound. I'm stuck on where to put the subs though. It has the bench seats, so I have ideas of a small maybe .6 cube box on the floor in between the dash and bench for 2 E8s downfiring. Under the seat looks tiny so please post up your pics so I can get some ideas. Probably throw in my old Type-R 5x7 coaxs in the back off the HU too.

Im here, gonna do four L5 8" subs in a "reg cab" 08 f150. I have the pocket doors so I can get 3.5 c.u. ft. with hopefully 1300 watts.
