it would most likely be above the gas pedal somewhere if not... drill 1

Yea usually there right above the gas pedal, you may have to drill a hold but just be careful you dont drill into any wires.

Under the hood, directly below the under hood fuse panel. You need to remove it to get to the gromet. Its a pain to get to through inside the car but it saved a good 3ft of wire

there's a hole big enough for a 1/0 right at the center of the wall.
