Ok everyone got the Porsche back and I doing a new overhaul on the system.

On this go around I am changing the design of the box from the first time, and relocating both amps. The amps were originally mounted to the floor behind the box and it limited the amount of space I had to work with on the box. The original box was sub and port up but due to limited space the box did not have ample port area and the sub was unloading in the port at high volume. The main thing new with this build will be an amp rack where the rear seats used to be.

Equipment

DB Drive A3 1500.1

DB Drive A3 85.4

Memphis M3 10

New box is 1.5 cubic feet after displacement with 24 square inches of port tuned to 34Hz.

Everything striped out of the car.

I have already dialed in everything and test out the new box since that was the main reason for the new build. Response is very tight and clean. Very, very loud and no more issues with the sub unloading at high volume levels.

Next I will be framing of the form for the amp rack so stay posted...................
