They're also really expensive, but I don't know HOW expensive.

I've got a pair of the ID 6.5 coaxials, but they're not being powered enough. :/

If u spend little more u could get the Boston acoustic sr60 and they put even the new type-r ones to shame. The new type-r sound ok ,just not as good as the Boston

honestly i haven't heard much from boston at all. i've heard of power acoustik but they.....well i heard they aren't great

They won't beat out those boston acoustic i mentioned and they quit making those eclipse. The bostons are a current model and sound amazing!

Depends on your listening tastes. From an SQ stand point the SC6500's are comparable to $3-$400 2 way setups from Focal, Hertz, ID, etc. BA's new stuff doesnt hold a candle to any of those.

Ill call u out on that one find me a sound quality record currently being held by boston acoustics, and ill show u double if not triple the records being held by id and electromedia. your talking out of personal taste were we are looking at known performers
