$500 build
He is giving me as much space as I want. I think he really wants the two 12s cause how it would look to have two subs instead of one. So if ported is going to give over all better sound I'll start looking into design and building a ported box and how to tune it. Cause like I said I have always had sealed boxes
If you want to score a pair of 12s new on the cheap, you could look at the Ultra PRM-12 from @Vertex Audio ; considering they're 80 shipped each right now. Won't be as loud as the Shocker sigs that hispls has for you, but would save you a bit of cash and they perform pretty damn well for their price. So $180 from that leaves you enough room to find a pretty solid amp that can do 1K for each sub as well as something like Incriminator Audio's coaxials.

As in say 14 cubic feet gross? Seriously, what are your limitations? All things being equal a larger woofer will be louder.

Really if you just want a pair of crappy Chinese 12's in a sealed box for the sake of having a pair of 12's just go to WalMart.

I don't want to put crap in that's going to put out crap sound just looking for mid grade I guess. As far as space just think of the back of a mini van just not as wide just a bit small from side to side

Ironic that my recommendation for the Ultra PRM-12 was completely overlooked. Far from a crappy woofer at 80 bucks each and you could do far worse. There's also Obsidian, Incriminator I series, and a handful of other entry-level subs he can look into.

Can build you a sick 18" for 275. If you have 10-12 cubic ft. gross for a box you won't get louder for the money.

Anyway, hit me up if you want to get into a top tier sub for short money. Saving the cost of shipping on something this heavy is really nice so I figured I'd offer since you're more or less local.

You, sir, are a gentleman. Wish I had you local to me. That combo would work out insanely well and should be VERY efficient.

You'd have to be a fool not to jump on that offer. Those sigs are insane.

Care to move local to me? **** good deal.

Avoid ebay at all costs... Most items for sale on there aren't warrantied. Buying used is your best bet right now.
everybody says this, its irritating, lol so is there a warranty with used? and most companies on there do warranty through their company... I've bought alot of good stuff off ebay cheap

I'm going to drive down to Florida in a few weeks and will build and drop one off for those prices anywhere along I95 on my way down. Shame none of you fellas live on the east coast.
