define system? do you need everything (headunit, speakers, subwoofer, amp, wiring) or are you looking for specific items or what?

You cant go wrong with kicker CVR's on a budget system. Kicker made so many of them, they are easy to find for killer prices. Hifonics is always a decent budget amplifier. They do a little less power than rated in many cases, but definately still worth the power for the $$$. Build yourself a box and you'll get great output.

Those 10" CVR's would do wonders in a 4cu ft box tuned to somewhere around 32-35hz
