4 years of persistent trainings (13 pics)

eh i wonder what his current weight/height is....im as big as that right now...i weighed 177 pounds september of 2005...and hopefully the way things are going i will weigh 250 by may 26th of this year...progress like that isnt that hard...4 years is a long time for that kinda progress

Amen. If you are a male and look like pasta, you are wrong.
WoW i agree to a point. But thats a very bold statement. Thats like saying if your a girl and you weigh over 120 your wrong. I would love to see your face when some long skinny kid thats ripped as hell and in good shape knock you on your *** cause you cant get in close enough to even touch him. Every person is diffrent regardless lifting or traning each person will see diffrent results. Some people are naturally skinny, usually the people who are not skinny and ripped such as people with natural bigger bodies such as you mr platestacker complain about people being smaller but more ripped like you just did......

Wow, get off you damn high horse kid. Not one person said anything whatsoever about fighting! I used to fight MMA and now compete in Bodybuilding and kinda slightly agree with you to a point. But you are blowing it way out of proportion. You can still be huge and have tons of stamina. You can be 400lbs and 40% BF and have tons of stamina. You sound like all the little scrawny pukey kids that say my size is useless. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

hah, right...

your size is useless and i could care less that you use to fight MMA. i was just adding to the conversation because i could relate to the subject. so go blow. peace.

Edit, and by the way, maybe if you really knew what i was talking about you instead of just comming off like a douch bag you wouldnt have made yourself look like an ***. i didnt say that being muscular was useless. as a matter of fact, if thats ur ugly mug in ur avater im just as muscular as you if not more. the point of me saying this is that MY point was you cant be the size of say colemen, cutler, ect and go out and fight 5 rounds. so im not saying you should cut to a string bean. im just stressing my opinion about something i went through. k bye

You, sir, are spewing gross inaccuracies.
Actually he is somewhat correct. Im not an "expert" on the topic like most people in this thread but the bigger your muscles get the more oxygen they use(so i hear). Whens the last time you saw a huge/ripped mma fighter that does not gas before the 2nd round.

He got big, but looks worse as he goes on...He should have stayed lean and bulked up..
x2...

He looks "fat" even tho its muscle.

Meeeeeh... I like the lean, cut, not too thick muscle look //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif

I did not make myself look like an ***. I simply stated my background for which you have neither experience in, but you seem to make strong biased statement on what you think is right. Just because your "just as mucular as me" and are a *****, does not mean every large musclular guy doesen't have the ability to fight!

Cutler.. Colemen.. wow.. I'll just leave it at that.

There are tons of them! Our very own Olympic Wrestler gold medalist Rolun Gardner carrys quite a bit of fat on him! You can be fat as hell and still have tons of stamina. You can also be very lean and gas in the first 5 minutes. I can say this because I've been there, done that. First hand experience. Don't judge a book by it's cover, that is your first mistake my friend.

How many olympic runners that run over 800m are extremely muscular? None. The muscles just need to much oxygen to keep up, more than what your body can inhale. Which is why you see marathon runnners who are **** skinny but all muscle at the same time. Less weight, no fat = less energy needed...

Hold up.. now you are talking about speed and not stamina. Two different things. And you guys are taking it to extreme proportions. Coleman and Cutler... Olympic Runners. Ol' boy was just saying muscle bound guys can't fight and have no stamina.. which is a very broad statement. And also an incorrect one as well. And Gardner would out weigh all those twiggy marathon runners by 100lbs and would still finish it without stopping.

Pretty good progress..But not overly impressive if you ask me...

I used to be 188 pounds at 5'7" and fat 2 1/2 years ago.. I worked out during the summer but then would quit once hunting season came around..Got a summer job at a golf course and it helped me lose weight..Got down to 168 pounds or so..Slowly started bulking up some for the next year..Occassionally people would comment about me starting to get built..

I have been lifting continously for almost a year now with no breaks..I am still watching my muscle size increase and fat drop..I eat decently healthy but am no health freak..Work out 5 days a week...Now i am back up to around 185 and for the first time in my life I can see a 6-pack forming...Have gained 2" on my arms, 5" on my chest and i don't know about leg, etc...But I made one HELL of a change in my physique in just 2 1/2 years..

But i don't guess I ever really hit the low fat % ripped stage like he did..
