I amazed at that guys results just after 6 months.

However, if his goal was to get in shape and look like a normal human being, I would have toned it down after the first year.

 
look at the results after only like 4-6 months... ripped is what i would want, although im sure he likes being huge like that
The goal should be both. Its almost like he just got fat after he leaned out. The point of lifting is to gain lean muscle mass that will grow..He begining results are awesome..More than impressive, but just went down hill
