i wonder what he ate and how he worked out for the first 6 mos.

he did loose alot of wieght though, almost unreal in 4-6 mos time.

im pic # 1 right now lol

what are you?

it all depends on what he is going for. if its size then he is cutting WAY to much durring his cutting cycles.

Im 20 and started lifting for size when i was 14. it is genetic and 3 out of 5 of my uncles were body builders and so was my dad, so i got big fast. its cool because you look great and get all the *****es but i started training to fight about 2 monthes ago. shit is WAYYYY harder then lifting for size ever was. im so pissed that i lifted so long for size because you really cant use it. your big, slow, and tire easily. thats any big lifter. what the **** is the point of that? my trainer has me down 30 lbs and over 10 of that was muscle. its amazing how much more you can run and your over all stamina for cardiovascular capacity goes through the roof.

i guess the moral of the story is lifting for size it pretty useless unless all you want is *****es. train for endurance and you will stay decently big but still be able to fight 5 rounds.

Guy has no idea as to what he's doing. He needs another cutting cycle, but instead keeps bulking up for some reason. I guess it's good, but he no longer has definition.
problem is when he did cut he got WAY to small.

Wow, get off you damn high horse kid. Not one person said anything whatsoever about fighting! I used to fight MMA and now compete in Bodybuilding and kinda slightly agree with you to a point. But you are blowing it way out of proportion. You can still be huge and have tons of stamina. You can be 400lbs and 40% BF and have tons of stamina. You sound like all the little scrawny pukey kids that say my size is useless. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

Wow I remember seeing that guy's site right when he put it up. I can't belive how far he has come. The last time I saw his pics was when he was about 8 months into it.
