personally i do not like kicker or memphis speakers, they make good other products but never been a fan.What is your budget and exactly what equipment do you have left to buy?

I have left to buy, front stage amp, components and equalizer and whatever install kit is needed. EDIT: budget is bout 900 to 1000 for those things

Oh man. Ok, here's what you do. You should get a nice set of components for now like Rainbow, Hertz, etc., I'm sure you can find a nice used set in the classifieds for a good price. Get a nice 4ch. amp and bridge it to your component set. Get a HU with active capabilities. Deaden the hell out of your doors and make some baffles. So once you read up a lot more on going active you can just remove the passive xovers on the component set and use all 4 channels on the amp to run a 2way active setup with the same speakers. I live near spring valley as well by the way.

Get some Raammat and ensolite. It's a lot cheaper and works just as good if not better.
