4 Channel bridged amp? Only front control?

So I have a JBL GTO1004 amp and will be running 4 channel bridged to 2 channels. When its bridged do only the front controls (HPF, bass boost, gain,etc) work or do I have to use both front and rear controls?

The manual does not say anything about it:

When it's bridged it's the front channels driving one load and the rear channels driving one load so both

When you bridge a 4 channel to two channels the front becomes left and the rear becomes right or vice versa. So the front controls will be used for one side and the rear for the other.
