4-6k, maybe a bit more, .5 stable

what kinda amps can i look for. i have 4 dual 2 subs, so each amp will be seeing a .5 load. i dont want to spend alot, but for a good amp with backed up testimonies, sure. have to be able to handle 16v. just looking for suggestions, thanks.
