4 12's Box Design

I am wanting to make my first box. I am not a complete noob when it comes to woodworking, I took 3 years of wood shop and made quite a few things. I am also going to be working on this with my Uncle who has done woodworking for a lot of his life. Although when it comes to make a subwoofer box I am a complete noob. So my question here is can someone help me get a box design for 4 12's? I will be putting it in a 1999 Isuzu Trooper. I will list the exact subs I will be using and the dimensions I am able to work with below. Any help is appreciated.

Subs:

4 x Rockford Fosgate P2D2-12

Dimensions of back:

Height: Don't really wanna go over 22" or 23"

Width: 39"

Depth: ~ 33"
