OP
If they are going to be mounted right next to each other a fuse is not required but when hooking up batteries that will be some distance you should always fuse at each battery.so all i need to hook another batt up is a fuse between the batts?
break any of those specs down into a usable car audio stat as CCA and CA tests are ran down to 7.2 V and in MANY cases do not stay above 10v for even 1 second at rated current.http://www.stingerelectronics.com/theTruth/index.html
I believe there is also a lawsuit that Kinetik is dealing with having to do with their product. I don't know, for the price you can pretty much go PowerMaster or Stinger.
Kinetik used to be a hardcore forum boner on here.. Since then people have gone towards PM, stinger, batcaps, and other random batts such as NorthStars and such. I haven't heard anybody complaining..
PowerMaster filed the lawsuit, not sure what ended up happening but :

ooo sorry.... i foget alot of times people have batts in the front....If they are going to be mounted right next to each other a fuse is not required but when hooking up batteries that will be some distance you should always fuse at each battery.
Yeah My HC2400 is a big bish:crazy:the lawsuit is over itz 16v batts.... the 12v bats are good but extremely Bulky... where as batcaps can keep up with kinetiks, and are extremely small and light wieght
ya mine is too.... wide + long + 70+ pounds lol not fun carrying aroundYeah My HC2400 is a big bish:crazy:
HAha yeah but most batts of the capacity contained in the Kinetik 2400 are big batts. My D3100 is far from small too, just as the NorthStar beasts that kove was selling //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif.ya mine is too.... wide + long + 70+ pounds lol not fun carrying around
Guess you obviously have no clue what your talking about..
**** your gonna be in SB3 TOO?Since I'll be using 4-5 batts in my Civic, where wight is an issue, I'm sticking with my batcap 2000's...just can't beat the discharge/AH to weight ratio. But since weight isn't an issue in my truck, I'll probably run Deka's.
