3 8ohm SVC sub wiring

Im a bit confused on the wiring of these subs. trying to get them to be 4ohm+ for my amp. thinking 2 in parallel then adding one in series to the 2 would that be too much higher then 4ohm. I know if their all in parallel thats 2.66 ohms but the amp i found is only 4ohm bridged stable.

im not totally sure about the rules on ohms but i think that would give you 8 ohms bro. if you wire to 2.66 oms you will probably be ok with impedance rise and stuff

ya well i figured out that if i just do 4 8ohms and wire 2 pairs in series thats 16 and then wire those 2 in parallel its 4 but i think that might be wrong but thats what 12volts calculator gave me.

If you do your initial plan, the subs are not all going to see equal power. Avoid that.

Wiring a pair of 8 ohm subs in series gives you 16 ohms. Wiring two pairs of those together will drop the impedance in half to 8 ohms.

Just wire it down to 2.66, then run each channel of the amp that you're wanting to bridge to the subs(ie: don't bridge the amp, just run each individual channel to the subs so that each channel sees the 2.66ohms).

That's the best I can think of for you to get the most power with what you have.
