2x 15" TYPE R

Umm, this is a question for a friend, and to tell you the truth im not sure i know what that means, but i guess your asking ohms? and im pretty sure they are 2 ohm?

Use an amp that can provide around 500-750 W RMS (can handle more in the right box, but thats a whole other convo)

If he has dual 4 ohm voice coil subs, then the load will be either 1(most common way to configure), 4, or 16 ohms to the amp. If he has dual 2 ohm voice coil subs, then the load will be either .5, 2(most common way to configure) or 8 ohms.

Look for an amp that provides the power in either the 1 or 2 ohm loads (depends on the sub configuration)

Umm not sure i would assume 400? if that is resonable? or maybe too much? but of course if there is a reliable, quality amp for less please inform me of those aswell....

They are 15" Type Rs 2ohm
If he really doesnt care about money then go for the Alpine-M1000. This is a quality amp but they run around $500, maybe less on ebay.

However if money is an issue, then possibly go with the Hifonics 1500BX. The go for half the price at around $250.

However do a little more research since I am not a total expert at this stuff but this is just what I would do.
