how would you wire up a srcond battery still having it charging off your alt. i dont know if it's pos-neg or pos-pos. diagrams would help. thanx

+ to + and then grounded them both. I do not have a battery isolator but some people will recommend it. The isolator keeps the second bat. from powering anything that the main bat. would supply but it will still get a charge form the alt.
