2channel sub amp?

I have 2 dvc 2ohm sx's

I will need either

2 amps mono 1ohm stable that are 1000 rms

or

1 powerful mono amp that puts out 2000 rms at 2ohms

or

1 2channel amp that puts out 1000 rms per channel right?

any suggestion?

wut would be best with my current amp

Specs

2 x 1000W RMS at 4 OHMS

2 x 2000W MAX at 4 OHMS

1 x 4000W MAX at 4 OHMS Bridged

2 x 1650W at 2 OHMS RMS

well good luck finding an amp that is 1k watts x2. best bet is a mono amp. prolly a IA 20.1, Lanzar opti2000D, orion 2500D can all be wired to 0.5 ohm daily and if you can find a crossfire vr2000D that'll do close to 2400 watts at 2 ohms as well a viper 2500D, or look for a pair of amps that are strapable at 2 ohms

thanks ya sire.. I will be looking for an orion2500d as soon as my funds are good

how about this amp? I can get it for a great price

HK602SX

# 3600W 2 Channel High Current Amplifier

# 400W x 2 RMS @ 4 Ohm Stereo

# 700W x 2 RMS @ 2 Ohm Stereo

# 1200W x 2 RMS @ 1 Ohm Stereo

# 1800W x 2 RMS @ 0.5 Ohm Stereo

# 3600W x 1 RMS @ 1 Ohm Bridged

Why would you be looking for a 2ch? Just get a simple mono block that puts out good power at either 2ohms or .5 ohms. Something like a XX-Herc, Kicker ZX2500.1 (not stable @.5 IIRC but puts out its power @ 2ohms), etc.. Or your current amp would be ok if you wired your coils in series seperately and they each would get 1000w.

my current lanzar could, would work? Plz explain! that would save a lot of time and money

Well you say you have 2 2ohm DVC subs with an amp that can put out 2x 1000w@4ohms.

You would want to make sure your gains are set on both channels the same but just wire each sub in series 2+2=4ohms and wire it to each channel.
