I have 2 of the Lanzar Opti12001d amps and they are the same as my Cactus elite 12k.The specs are wrong on the website and in the manual that comes with the amps.The amp is rated at 13000 watts rms at 1 ohm mono.

680 Amps x 14.4 volts = 9792.........Not bad, but a far cry from 12k.

But at say 80% efficiency.....7833.6 watts.

Have to be on 18v to get 12k.

Once again I have 2 of these amps and they are the same as my Elite 12k .I have clamped the same power.All the specs on lanzars website are wrong.If you put 680 amp fusing then that would limit you .Lanzar is using the same korean build house as Cactus was using However,Cactus stopped selling there version last year and have a k12 to replace it now.

We all do understand that this method of math is only to be a rough guide and is not the actual output correct? The type of fuses used in our applications change the "peak" power ability a good amount.

If you guys wanna know what the guts look like, check out the soundstream xxx 15000d because it's identical, the only diff I can see is the case is a little diff. However I will post a pic of the guts shortly. It does have 4 1/0 pos and neg imputs on it, that right there says it's built to make power.

And by the way, I have a amp that has 200 amps worth of fuses, according to ac voltage readings with subs connected it's putting out 85-90 volts and at 1.5 ohm, do the math and tell me what the wattage is because according to your math it would only make 2880watts????

Anyway I'll post pics in a day or so of the opti, just because something is affordable some people think it's junk, I think the money spent on those over priced units are just like the people who have to have a pair of nike's that cost $150. hahahaha if thats what makes it count I guess
