Earthquake D5 will do 3K at 2 ohm I believe. Even the older D3 will put 2K+ at 2 ohms

The earthquake d5's are 5 channel amps. I found one called PH5000W/D1 that's rated for 3k at 2 ohms. (thank jesus for google!) Have you ever owned one? I'm pretty sure Earthquake is a good brand...

Opti7k the board looks just like the popcorn 6k. The opti3500 d does 2k at 2 i loved that amp.

the lanzar 8k does 8k at one ohm, but only 2400 at 2. and its twice the cost of the others ive been considering.

The 8k does 4500 a 1. Think it does 8k at half ohm 16v don't hold me to that idk. Another amp i loved was my pb xa4000d.

If it's from Harman and refurbished I wouldn't bother, I returned one cause it still was acting up. It comes in a big box if you're into big things.

I buy a lot of those amps from Harmon refurbished never had a problem

harmans the seller, but doesn't jbl do the actual refurbishing part? I don't see why there would be a problem. plus it's the cheapest thing thats been recommended right now.

the pb amp looks good buts its pretty expensive. the kicker and it are a similar price, and its a little to high when compared with the alpine mrx m240. is there anything outstanding about it that makes it worth the extra dough?
