Ok guys, another one, last one & im done....
This one may go in stages, atleast thats what im thinking.
Do a underseat sub enclosure, with the stinger mt2000 to power whatever subs & maybe another audio control d-6.1200 & DSP the stock speakers for the time being, upgrade door speakers later whenever I decide what route to go with them.
These stock speakers sound surprisingly good compared to the B&O system I recently head in a previous year f150 platinum I had as a rental last week....
So many prefabbed sub enclosure options & seems like everyone has a different opinion on what sounds best...
Doing a seat lift wouldnt be the end of the world but will most likely try to avoid as not looking to go extreme,
Forward firing 8's vs down firing dual 10's?
Some of the prefabbed builders only make sealed option vs others offer the option to port.
Dont think ill do high dollar subs this go around, its the chicks ride & dont think she will notice the difference even though im going to attempt to enjoy this build as much as my own.
I sent out a bunch of email this morning trying to figure out who's running 5/8 mdf vs 3/4 mdf.
Soundskin is running 3/4 for sure
Offering quad 8 ported firing forward, dual 10's down firing sealed, dual 12 down firing sealed or ported.

Fox Acoustic makes dual 10 ported down firing & dual 8 forward ported.
Supercrewsound offers dual 10 ported or sealed, emailed them to figure out if its 5/8 or 3/4 mdf
Skar & ground shaker offer a handful of configurations & certain its most likely 5/8 mdf.
Have read some reviews that the forward firing skar boxes have been coming apart & the tune frequencies seem high to my uneducated observation.
Skar say the quad 8 is their best seller over all other configuration options.
Or am I dumb for leaning towards a 10 vs a 12?
Ok, my head hurts....
