2010 chevy crew cab location speaker help

I just picked up a new to me 2010 silverado 4x4 an i'm wanting to update the speakers. My main question I am wondering about is if aftermarket tweeters will fit in the factory a pillar location or should I move them to the sail panel on top of the door?

On the pillar. Much easier to wire up and better sound quality IMHO

not much depth to play with on those a pillars. If you find the right set of tweets they will fit no prob. Deeper tweets are a pain in the ***. the factory grill that covers them likes to off the pillar with very little force behind it.
