I hope so to, It is a 140 amp alt, and I will be running 3 optima yellow tops, I was able to pick up a 3rd yellow top.

Any of you guys work with the kicker SS comps before? what do you think of them? I might buy them tomorrow and drop them in. what would you go with aside from those for 150?

its the 2000, not the 2000x, I am not sure it it makes a difference on the efficiency.

I would eventually like to run a 3 way set up with some 8" mid bass, I just do not have the time to fab up the pods.

my friend had a us 2000 along with a pair of us 600's in his blazer and was having voltage issues. He had 3 2150's and a dual alt set up in it to back it up also.

I found 1 company that makes a 200 amp alt for this car, I will pick one up once I have the cash but it is not going to be for a while. I will be running 2 12" w6v2's untill I get the sub stage I want so this amp will not be running full tilt for now. I will be running the big 3 and 3 yellow tops which should keep my voltage pretty stable while running the amp at half or less then half of its full output.

I can get 10 capacitors and it will maintain voltage all day lol.

Just ordered some subs. Got some Boston G5 12's. I have heared alot of good things about these subs and wanted to give em a try. I have 2 sheets of 1" mdf so I will start the box build sometime this week.
