Whats up. This is my first glassing project. Looking to make some small pods for my XXX mids because my door panels leak (all stealths do). and i dont like my shit getting rained on //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Also want to up the power handling by going sealed. We'll see how it goes. Any suggestions just let me know. Trying to make this a learning experience.

I didnt get a pic of me taping up the panels because I had no batteries.

Updates tonight or later this week.

I thought about it, and Im not quite sure. I will fill the doors for sure, but these door panels get so wet it breaks my heart to see my mids get wet like that.now that u mention it i could vent it at the bottom.

I built some in my truck. With that small of enclosure you will get more mid-bass but dont expect it go much too low, my enclosure's were a little bigger they still peak at about 100hz and above. Despite that, they still sound a lot!! better than just in the door. I can post pics of mine if you want. I wouldnt vent, then again you could try and if you dont like it seal it back up with fiberglass...

good luck, nice components //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

sweet...i need to do my doors too...i have an 89 blazer and it gets wet like a friday night hooker inside the doors...i like the bottom vent idea..might have to try that out..

do you have deadening in the doors? if so, any problems you've noticed when it rains?
