20.1 strapping questions

ok, so im having a hard time selling my 20.1, but i realized that they will do 3600 watts strapped at 2 ohm...how does that work though? like right now my is wired in parallel and the amp would be seeing 2.2...so with a strapped pair would that be the final load? or how does that work?

The load doesn't change, for example if the load is 2 ohms each amp sees 1/2 of that or 1 ohm each.

If you have (2) 20.1's strapped on a 2.2 ohm load, then they will have the combined output as if each amp was on a 1.1 ohm load.

When you strap the amps, the load each amp sees is 1/2 the actual load.
